We are the leading provider of permanent supportive housing in Lewis County, maintaining over 140 units between eight properties.

o Each complex is different. For example, at Reliable Homes, rent is 30% of your income and at Mt. Vista Apartments, rent is a fixed rate at roughly $850.Do you have a waiting list I can get on?
o We have waiting lists for Reliable Homes, the complex for homeless veterans, homeless adults with disabilities, and homeless mental health patients. Our other properties are rented on a first come, first serve basis.Where am I on the waiting list?
o Unfortunately, we cannot give you exactly where you are on the waiting list as each complex has different rules, requirements, and situations governing tenants.Do you provide case management?
o Yes! Case management is offered to tenants of several complexes including Reliable Homes, Reliable Place, Magnolia Place, and the Anderson Recovery Residence.Are their apartments available?
